To our Clients, Supports, and Trade Partners:
With the impact of the Coronavirus spreading, we want to let everyone know that we are taking every care and precaution available to us at this time. Being a service that revolves around personal meetings with trades and clients and being in your home, looking out for you is our first priority.
As health concerns grow, we are also thinking about the people you all rely on to keep things on track, the Copper Sky team. In being protective of them, we are limiting the field work to essential functions only. Office staff will be taking advantage of all telecommunication technology available. This may include but is not limited to Skype meetings, Face Time and conference calls. Face to face meetings will only be happening in very small groups and only when necessary.
To our Current Clients: Since the City of Atlanta has made construction EXEMPT from the non-essential classification, we will be forging forward until we are told differently. Should the city rescind this exemption, we will notify all of you immediately and suspend ALL WORK. While we understand the importance of projects staying on schedule, the health of our clients, staff and trade partners MUST come first.
To our Trade Partners: Should any of your staff begin to show signs of COVID-19 or are generally not feeling well, please refrain from visiting ANY Copper Sky job sites. We simply must practice extreme caution at this time.
To our Prospective Clients: Again, as construction has NOT been identified as “Non-Essential”, client meetings will carry on. Should you be feeling unwell at all, please contact us to reschedule the meeting or to schedule a virtual meeting. If the Copper Sky team member you are meeting with is feeling unwell, the same principle will apply and or the meeting will be conducted by another Copper Sky member.
You may prefer to hold off any type of discussion until things normalize. We completely understand. A qualified Copper Sky member will reach out to you at the earliest acceptable moment.
Copper Sky has always held safety as our highest priority. Whether it be clientele, staff or trade partners, we are thinking about you at this difficult time. As things evolve, so may our policies regarding the current situation. We will keep you all updated to any changes with Copper Sky Renovations response to COVID-19.
Stay Safe & Be well!
